- Probe, disrupt or overload the service, bypass authentication, or interfere with other users' access.
- Use the service to violate applicable law, third-party rights or platform terms.
- Misrepresent CreativeScout data as your own measurement or as data endorsed by Meta.
3. Fair use
The subscription includes unlimited searches for genuine, human-driven research. We may apply technical rate limits that ordinary use never touches, purely to keep the service stable.
4. Security research
If you find a vulnerability, report it to [PYFA_EMAIL]before disclosing it anywhere else. Good-faith reports are welcome; testing must never touch other users' data.
5. Enforcement
We may throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. Where the breach is minor and fixable, we will normally warn you first.
